About
I was born and raised in Moh’kinsstis (Calgary, Alberta), which resides on Treaty 7 land of the Blackfoot confederacy: which includes the Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, as well as the Îyâxe Nakoda, and Tsuut’ina nations. Treaty 7 is also to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3.
I am a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager with a proven track record of success in the gaming industry. With two-plus years of experience in the video games industry, I am proficient in copywriting, social media management, project development, storefront design, and website design.
Prior to community management, I was a freelance writer for TheGamer in Montreal and Boss Level Gamer, where I contributed several gaming articles a week based on SEO performance. I also created meaningful images through Photoshop to draw in readers and created guides that provide insight into game mechanics and strategies. In addition to Photoshop, I have experience with Premiere and Davinci Resolve.

“Anton was a pleasure to work with. He is enthusiastic, positive, and a quick learner. He brings a lot to the team and while at QIS made incredible progress in managing our community, taking them from a place of distrust to openness, trust, and excitement for what we were doing. He has a great future in gaming and any community team he works for will be lucky to have him.”

“Anton is an ambitious, charismatic, and driven individual; he was willing to take on a wide variety of tasks, many far outside of his job description, to help the company and the project. Assignments ranged from business intelligence reporting, social channels management, video capture for in-game footage, moderator mediation, setting up the Steam Store page, and so many more tasks. Additionally, he served as a manager and a mentor to other community associates. Anton has a bright future ahead of him in the industry, and if you're looking for a multi-faceted community manager, he would be a fantastic addition your company and team. I would absolutely work with Anton again in the future.”
